The floor is one number; what a balance can actually carry is another. Both matter, and the second is the one that decides how a first month goes.
- Standard and Standard Cent accounts have no minimum initial deposit.
- Pro, Raw Spread and Zero accounts require a $200 minimum deposit.
- Accounts are funded in USD or EUR — the base currency is set when the account is opened.
- Exness charges no deposit fee, though the payment provider may apply its own.
- Most deposits are credited automatically, so trading can start right after funding.
No floor is not the same as any size
Standard and Standard Cent accounts can be opened without a minimum initial deposit, so the opening question is not how little is allowed but how much the balance can support once a position is open. Margin scales with position size, and a balance that opens an account comfortably can still be too thin to hold a normal-sized position through an ordinary swing.
Minimum deposit applicable; may vary based on payment method or geographic location.
Cent accounts exist for exactly this gap: balances and profits are counted in cents, so a small balance maps onto position sizes small enough to be survivable while the mechanics are still being learned. The instruments, the platform and the execution are the same; only the scale changes.
Work the size out before funding, not after
The practical order is to decide the position size to be traded, check the margin that size requires on the calculator, and fund against that number — rather than funding first and discovering the limit on a live position. Held positions are also charged at the daily rollover, which arrives on the platform's clock, not on a UTC+3 one.
